Financial Aid
Financial Aid
Students interested in financial aid apply through the Office of Financial Aid of their "home" university (where you're receiving your degree) after applying for admission. As defined in the financial aid consortium agreement created among some members of the Communiversity, students may enroll in courses from other member colleges or universities that are accepted in the student's degree program and, if eligible for financial aid, will receive their financial aid package from their "home" college or university. Students must reapply for financial aid each year.
Follow these steps:
" The process begins by filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Students may also obtain a paper copy of the FAFSA at the Communiversity or from the colleges' and universities' Financial Aid Offices.
" Please contact your "home" college or university (where you're obtaining your degree) regarding their financial aid deadline and additional paperwork (i.e. tax returns etc.)
